Guest Post Guidelines and Terms

What We Do?

The popularity of any blog site depends on the traffic it drives. The audience is hungry for interesting and informative articles. And when it comes to health, people are very conscious and sensitive to the content. Ailments because of the evolving lifestyles have taken a toll on everyone’s health. What medicines/food to take, what not to take, and how much to take now leaves all of us in a vulnerable position in the absence of credible pieces of advice.

Remedicure is dedicated to providing valuable and updated remedies to cure health issues. It is impossible to resolve the plethora of health problems people suffer from. But we strongly believe even a small contribution of scientifically proven advice can make a world of difference.

How We Do?

The Remedicure team elaborately refers to several research papers and medical journals. We then verify the facts with health specialists to compile worthwhile posts in the most simplified and interesting manner. This is done by minimizing medical jargon and explaining topics in simpler terms to let everyone understand the subject lucidly.

The authors and editorial team at ‘Remedicure’ meticulously works to bring its readers valuable and informative posts. So, if you’ve something (information, news, or tips) which you believe might add value to our library of health blogs, we’d like to extend our offer to write for us as a Guest Author.

Instructions for Guest posts

Relevance of Article

You must write your article with a particular niche and subject in mind. Ideally having an audience persona in the article can make the post more relevant and hit the bull’s eye. Also, you must keep in mind that the subject you choose should fit into one or more categories available at ‘remedicure.com’. The categories we’re accepting at this moment are:

General Health: Alternative Medicine, Ayurveda, Cancer & Tumors, Chest (Lungs & Respiratory Diseases and Heart Diseases), Children’s Health (Paediatrics), Dental and Oral Health, Ear, Nose & Throat, Eye Health, Diabetes, Fever, Geriatric Care, Men’s Health, Orthopaedics, Skin & Hair, Women Health

Digestive Health:  Abdomen, Balanced Diet, Gastrointestinal Tract, Nutrition

Energetic Health: Fitness, Rejuvenation, Stamina, Yoga

Immune Health: Antioxidants, Contagious Diseases, Infections, Minerals, Vitamins, Precautions

Holistic Health: Living & Spirituality, Self-Improvement, Relationships, Travel

Mental Health: Addiction, Anger Management, Anxiety, Bipolar, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Depression, Hypertension, Neuroplasticity, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

Media

A picture is worth a thousand words. It’s preferable to include high-quality images in your posts, which are relevant to the article. The image can spell the magic on your post making the content appear realistic and inspire the reader to visualize your viewpoint. Nonetheless, appropriate video links can give leverage to your post.

References

References can make the post look well-researched and authoritative. It would facilitate to develop trust and authority before readers if the information is accurate and scientifically validated.

However, what qualifies as a valid reference needs to be clearly defined to avoid contradictions. Scientific journals, articles or research papers by experts in their respective field (or niche), well-researched articles by a recognized establishment including hospitals and institutions are valid references. Linking to a random blog (or your own blog) that is not researched adequately is not a reference.

Keywords

Keywords play a critical role in spreading the word across the targeted audience. That’s instrumental in the search process to list your post in the top pages of SERP. Best of the post may remain in oblivion if the search engines detect no relevant keyword. However, Google’s guidelines about keyword usage have changed in recent times. You may want to use them only as necessary. Use the keywords smartly; no overstuffing.

An important aspect to note to avoid any pitfalls is keywords that contain the name of a place (or, anything unreal) like: “dental implant in new york” or “keto expert in toronto” etc. Such keywords appear unreal and give the impression that the article is written solely for promoting a paid client. Information in an article globally applies. It is obvious that a person residing in Japan wouldn’t go to New York for a dental implant after reading your article. An article containing such unnecessary keywords or deliberate keyword stuffing would be summarily rejected. You can apply techniques like Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) to avoid overuse of a keyword.

Original Content/No Plagiarism

The entire content should be absolutely original. You should not copy from other sources. We make plagiarism checks on every post. Also, you may not submit a post that you’ve used on another media, even if you own it.

Please note that once you’ve submitted the article to us, you cannot publish it elsewhere. By agreeing to post on remedicure.com, you’re instantly and unconditionally transferring all rights of the content to remedicure.com and we can use the content in whatever manner we want including affiliate links, advertisement, promotion, internal linking, etc.

Instructions for Infographics

If you want to publish an infographic on remedicure.com, you must not embed an infographic from an external source. So, do not send us embedded codes or external infographic sources. You can send the infographic as an attachment in an email, along with an introduction text of a minimum of 300 words. You may also send an author biography, in which you may add a nofollow link to the homepage of your website as a credit towards the infographic.

Author Biography

Make sure you’ve provided an author biography while submitting your article for the first time. We will use this metadata in your subsequent posts so you do not have to wait while we stall your article in the pile because of unnecessary delay in the absence of your biography.

Make sure the summarized biography is not more than 50 words. You may add up to three social links, and a link to the homepage of your own website or blog. Affiliate links, promotional links or native advertising links are not allowed. The biography needs to be in a third-person format and should introduce the author and not his/her website or a client’s website. If you want to add a client’s link, contact us for an advertisement.

Normally it may take anywhere from one day to a week for our editorial team to review and publish an approved guest post. To expedite the process, you must carefully read and adhere to the guidelines before sending the article to us. The more time to resolve the contradictions, the more time it will take to publish.

Even though we love sharing more and more content on our website, if your article doesn’t meet the minimum requirements we will not publish it as it is. We’ll recommend changes if we think that the guest post has a potential and you may resubmit it after the changes. However, the decision of the editor would be final.

You may first send the links to your previously published articles for our review. Please include “Request for Guest Post” in the subject line and send through email: editor@remedicure.com. We would offer you the opportunity based on your experience.

If we found it matching with our style, we shall let you know. You may then send your article for publishing on our site, along with a brief author bio, and relevant media links.

Happy Writing.
